LifeForte™ Coaching and Consulting

You're not lacking talent. You're solving the wrong problem.

Most professionals who feel stuck aren't short on ambition. Most businesses whose AI tools sit unused aren't short on good intentions. Both are putting effort into the wrong place — and there's a fast, structured way to find out exactly where.

For experts & professionals

You've taken the courses. Attended the events. Worked harder. And somehow none of it compounds.

That's not a knowledge gap. It's usually a positioning problem — deep expertise that has never been packaged into something a client, employer or panel can say yes to. Effort without direction doesn't accumulate into anything.

For businesses & founders

Someone in your business is already using ChatGPT. That's not the same as your business using AI.

One capable person's private workflow isn't organisational capability — it's a single point of failure. Most owners don't need more AI tools. They need to know precisely which layer of their operation is the actual ceiling.

Founder

Dr Olanrewaju Lewis

Twenty years building in two systems that rarely speak to each other honestly: enterprise IT, where decisions cost millions and failure is never theoretical, and institutions, where the architecture of how expertise gets recognised and paid for is overdue for reform.

PhD in Information Systems, over a decade in Nigerian government digital transformation — including co-authoring a State's first ICT Policy and leading a state university's records digitisation programme — followed by six years leading postgraduate programme delivery at the University of Dundee. LifeForte is where that same diagnostic discipline goes to work for individual experts and the organisations they run.

The diagnostic

The RAW Framework

Three conditions determine whether a professional transformation, or an expert's attempt to monetise their knowledge, actually moves — not talent, not motivation. Score below threshold on any one, and effort elsewhere stops compounding.

R — Ready

Cognitive & strategic preparedness

Can you describe precisely what your next stage demands, and have you honestly assessed whether you're positioned to meet it? Most stalled professionals have deep knowledge that was never architected into something concrete.

A — Available

Structural & temporal space

Availability isn't found, it's made. No booking infrastructure, no defined entry point, and even a willing client or a ready version of yourself has nowhere to convert.

W — Willing

Genuine commitment to the actual work

Most people are willing to do the inspiring parts. Fewer are willing to do the unglamorous, public, sometimes uncomfortable work before results are visible — including naming a price for what was previously given away free.

Track one — for experts & professionals

Turn expertise you already have into an offer someone can say yes to

Expertise Architecture is the commercial application of RAW: a four-component sequence that builds the conditions for monetising your knowledge in order, rather than skipping straight to "just charge for it."

  • Conversation Audit. A structured review of every unpaid expertise transaction you're already having — categorised by type, frequency and approximate market value.
  • Offer Architecture. Designing three or four packageable versions of the expertise you give away most — each with a name, a scope, a deliverable and a price.
  • Conversion Script. The language to use when someone asks to pick your brain — built for people whose identity is tied to generosity, not for consultants already comfortable with transactions.
  • Booking Infrastructure. The pricing signal and entry point that lets the conversion script actually close, once it's ready to.

The AIM Framework: what's actually stopping AI from sticking in your business

Augmented Intelligence Maturity is a six-layer diagnostic. Each layer builds on the one before it — awareness without access is theoretical, access without application is wasted spend, and none of it survives staff turnover without governance. The output that matters isn't the total score. It's the lowest layer.

1. Awareness
Does leadership know what AI can realistically do for this business?
2. Access
Are the tools actually present and adopted, or still theoretical?
3. Application
Real, recurring use — or occasional novelty?
4. Architecture
A structured, repeatable workflow — or one person's private method?
5. Communication Integration
Is AI embedded where most small businesses actually lose clients — the enquiry-to-reply pipeline?
6. Governance & Culture
Does capability survive if the one enthusiastic person steps away?

AIM Audit

A 60–90 minute on-site or remote diagnostic session, scored live against all six layers, identifying the two layers that actually constrain you.

AIM Audit + Workflow Architecture

The audit, plus a designed and built solution for your two lowest-scoring layers — documented, templated, and survivable without any one person running it.

Proof of method

Inside a real AIM Audit: a Dundee-based estate agency

A three-person Dundee estate agency came in expecting the audit to confirm what its owner already suspected: that client communication was the weak point. Working the six layers in order — rather than starting from the owner's own stated pain point — told a different story.

Architecture and Governance both scored zero, tied for the actual lowest layer. Every AI-related decision, tool and piece of output ran through one person, on one laptop, with no saved process anyone else could pick up. Client communication scoring low was a symptom of that, not an independent problem.

The audit and a full Workflow Architecture proposal were completed and delivered to the client. Implementation is a separate, ongoing conversation with her — this is shown here as evidence of the diagnostic's depth, not as a claimed result.

How an engagement runs

Diagnose first. Design second. Never the other way round.

1

Diagnose

RAW for individuals, AIM for organisations — a structured conversation, not a form filled out alone. The lowest-scoring condition or layer becomes the brief.

2

Design

Solutions are never designed in the diagnostic session itself. Documentation and design are kept deliberately separate so the diagnosis stays honest.

3

Deliver

A scoped proposal, a phased plan, and a result built to survive without you personally running every step of it.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is this coaching, or is it consulting?

Neither in the generic sense. RAW and Expertise Architecture are a structured diagnostic and offer-design sequence for individuals; the AIM Audit is an organisational diagnostic for businesses. Both are scoped, time-bound engagements with a defined deliverable, not open-ended coaching relationships.

Why isn't Expertise Architecture or the AIM Audit priced on this page?

Both are priced individually on a short call, based on scope. This keeps pricing honest while case studies are still being built, rather than publishing a rate that hasn't yet been tested against real engagements.

What happens in an AIM Audit session?

A 60 to 90 minute structured conversation working through six layers in a fixed order, scored with you present. You'll need one real recent example ready — an actual enquiry, an actual invoice, an actual piece of client communication — rather than a hypothetical.

Do you work with businesses outside Dundee and Scotland?

Yes. Audits run in person locally and remotely for businesses further afield. Say where you're based on the call and we'll confirm the best format.

How is client information handled?

Diagnostic conversations, and any real business examples reviewed during an audit, are treated as confidential. Nothing is used publicly without the client's separate, explicit agreement.
